Friendship park congregation

Welcome to
Friendship park helpers

A simple way to coordinate grocery runs, prescription pickups, and weekly visits — so no one has to do it alone, and no one gets forgotten.

process

How it works:
Four simple steps

A small group of brothers/sisters rotate each week to help the friends in need with groceries and prescription pickups — organized in one place, so nothing falls through the cracks.

1

Set the list

The recipient adds groceries and prescription pickups throughout the week from their own simple view — typing or using voice input whenever something comes to mind.

2

Get the reminder

Two days before the shift, the scheduled helper gets a reminder by email or WhatsApp with the list and pickup details ready to go.

3

Pick it up

The helper stops by to grab the debit card, shops the list at the store, and swings by the pharmacy if there's a prescription ready for pickup.

4

Deliver and check in

The helper drops off the groceries, returns the card, logs what was spent, and leaves a short note on how their friend is doing — that's it!

Roles

Built for
everyone

The organizer

The one who brings the group together — setting up the arrangements, inviting helpers, and keeping the schedule running in the background.

The helper

One of the brothers/sisters in the rotation — showing up on their week to handle groceries, prescriptions, and a quick check-in on how things are going.

The recipient

The friend being looked after — sharing what they need through a simple, large-text view and always knowing who's coming next.
